They still have a sign from 2018 that they are BBB Accredited from what I see on the BBB website they are no longer accredited by the BBB. The front desk staff is also loud, inability to read the room with patients. On April 6, 2026 I had an MRI of my shoulder at the *****************, ********************************************************. It was the most unpleasant visit I have ever encountered. Simon Med states that patient care should Be free of abuse and neglect. Neglect is what I ************** claustrophobic. And old. The tech never asked if I needed help, if I was going to be okay inside the machine, or how long I could expect the test to take. She never talked with me during the procedure. They rescheduled my mammogram to 15 minutes earlier the day prior without calling me. They sent an e-mail, which I found a day later.I arrived at the time I was expected to and was greeted with 'You are late.' They refused to see me and made me drive another 30 minutes to another site. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete a simple screening. No apologies. My issue is with billing. Called to inquire about out of pocket cost I paid for 2025 which they provided. The agent continued to inform me of multiple overpayments dating back to March of 2025 and continuing to now. Amount of overpayment to date is over 1600 dollars. Told because of open account activity they have to close it out before refund can be sent. Its been over a year since overpayments had started. Very difficult to get an appointment. And, they can't keep track of your information. They will ask for the same information over and over in order for you to get on the schedule. Once you have the work completed, it can take a very long time to get the results. Had a CT Scan done for an urgent medical issue, and it took day, and numerous calls, to get the report from the radiologist, which delayed the ability to seek medical treatment.
First, they told me I did NOT have an appointment after TEXTING ME SEVERAL TIMES THE TIME, DATE, AND LOCATION. I HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT SIMON MED.**THEN** they tried to DENY OUR COVERAGE BY SENDING OUR CLAIM TO THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY I SPENT OVER 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT.**WHAT SIMON MED IS DOING IS FULLY INTENTIONAL**THEY SHOULD HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST THEM TO STOP THEIR INCOMPETENT, CRIMINAL ACTIONS.
Scheduling with them was the worst experience I have ever had trying to make an appointment for a medical procedure. The person taking the call tried to tell me I didn't live where I live, told me I was having 2 procedures when only one was ordered and scheduled both procedures. I am a physician and I know what was ordered! Her command of English was so poor that I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat, but she refused. Terrible mistreatment by a technician named ****. Went for an MRI on 3/9/26- was mistreated and condescended by this technician. I chose not to stay silent & wrote a ****** review. SimonMed responded apologizing for the inconvenience & suggesting I contact them via email which I did. Have not heard from them.
I paid extra for Mammogram + Heart but only received a report for Mammogram +. The worst part is no one can resolve the issue tor me. I have called and emailed a few times and they dont provide the Heart results nor refund me. I was charged twice on my credit card statement by SimonMed and they have told me there is nothing they can do.
