Good people and a good facility I had a really good experience with SS-Saline. I got a great deal off of Sparefoot and they worked with me to select the best storage size for my needs. They care about their customers!
Good location Clean and friendly. They have several locations
Clean, decent, but has hidden charge The location is far from umich, environment is good, clean, has elevator and cart. But I was not aware of there is safe guard fee every month apart from the rent. And I have to buy the cylinder lock at their place.
Clean and cheap The storage is what it is - relatively cheap. Make sure you get your own cylindrical locks though.
Easy and close to Ann Arbor. Easy to get to, easy access, and secure.
Good storage facility, extra costs The storage facility was fine. Good security. Great customer service. There are however charges that are extra - 17$ for a key, 15$ - admin charges
Great Overall Had a great overall experience. Customer service was EXCELLENT. Place was very clean and secure. I gave it four stars for security because our last storage place had a security guard there at all times, and this place doesn't. They do have video surveillance 24/7 though.
Easy...affordable and convenient!! I would recommend this self storage to others.
