Excellent customer service The office staff was wonderful to work with. The storage unit was clean and secure.
Easy process The process was simple to get set up. The ladies in the office were very helpful, gave accurate directions to get to my unit and were just an overall pleasure to work with.
Helpful service, good location The front desk was super nice and helpful in getting my spot setup. The location couldn't be better and ease of getting was super easy and the site looks secure.

It was fast and easy to rent a unit but the facility has limited lighting. The storage unit was fast and easy to rent. While filling out our paperwork, the credit card system went down, so we had to pay with cash. That was fine - just a possibility to be aware of when you check in. The unit works for our storage needs, but there is limited lighting in the building. Our unit is dark because the overhead panel of lights are not working.
