Five minutes further, 1/3rd cheaper It is hard to move storage but when you save a full mortgage payment by doing so it must be done! Plus a free month of rent pays for the movers! The facility is *clean, new, and has carts on wheels*(variety of carts is limited however vs old facility). The front desk is helpful and informative and the hours of access are reasonable. Really helpful staff I'm really glad I went with these guys, one of the most affordable storages I could find and the staff was helpful.
Clean and affordable The storage facility is very clean and the staff was really helpful and attentive. There were 3 Dollyâs available for use.

Customer service is terrible. Staff refused to answer questions about rent increases when they will take place and what the percentage is. Very rude and unhelpful and un professional. Came off very shady would not refer to someone else. Wonât review the lease.
Clean place I just find kind of weird than in the website they offer 3 months 50% off but when you get there they tell you something different like have to be pay the whole full month when you get there and the 50 % off going to be applied to the following 3 months hopefully is true otherwise I will complain for false publicity.
