Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean facility My move into the storage space was easy and stress free. The until is on the second level but the elevator was big enough to hold a pallet and flat cart. This cut down on trips up and down. I forgot my code and the 2 girls in the office were very helpful with getting this info to me again
Best indoor storage in twin cities Simply self storage is the cheapest climate controlled storage unit that I found in the southern part of the twin cities. The staff was helpful and informative. The unit was clean and easy to access. Carts were available to help move my belongings. Overall a great experience with simply self storage.
