Jim was really friendly and answered all our questions. Brought us to unit and explained how it all works. Didn't take very long to do paperwork and he explained it all very well. Place is conveniently located for me. Clean facility easy to get in and out of. Overall a great experience.

Great place, good value. Reserved online, then had some questions I needed to discuss with the onsite staff. Jim and Eric were both exceedingly helpful on the phone, and are a pleasure to work with in person before and during the move-in. Very satisfied with the facility and the staff.
Excellent Experience The on-site manager was friendly and attentive. He took me to see the unit prior to renting and did a thorough job explaining all the relevant details. The unit itself was clean and we could not find a better price.
very friendly service, clean and secure, good pricing The on site manager was extremely helpful and friendly, the facility looked clean, well run, and adequately secure with key gate and cameras in storage areas as well as your own padlock., (I wouldn't call it iron clad secure however, so if you have irreplaceable valuables maybe you need something else.) The price matched up well with other options I could find nearby so all and all I think this is a very good choice
