Great experience Jim is extremely helpful and a great customer service person. He was extremely helpful and accomodating. Storage space is what you'd expect. Be aware that there are extra charges you might not know about: lock (a specific kind), insurance, and an administrative fee (one time). Plan for those when you sign up for storage. That all said, I'm happy to be doing business with them.
Superb! I thought for a long time customer service was dead and gone. Til I met Jim, that is. He is knowledgeable without being condescending. He is friendly without being overbearing. Out and out, a shining example for the Simply Storage brand who deserves a raise and a promotion...except... that would mean he wouldn't be at the Bolingbrook location any longer!
