My unit was dirty and smelled of mice...but I am storing stuff there on a very temporary basis only
Manager didn't want to give me one month free special even though I showed her my phone that I should get it. Finally got it after I agreed to pay 3 months in advance. Half the time I go there the gate is open. At night the majority of the lights don't work. Be prepared to take a flash light and hope no one is there to rob you.
I've had cleaner storage units that did not have problems such as the door not closing nor the entry code not working.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Once you reserve unit on line you are informed there is an ADDITIONAL $20 charge to the quoted internet price. Once you arrive with three loaded trucks, you are told that there will be an ncrease (double) in the price after three months. "The internet price was just a special promo". HOW ABOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER THAT BEFORE HE ARRIVES. I LEFT AND WENT TO A DIFFERENT STORAGE FACILITY. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
