Extremely helpful personnel We reserved a unit over the phone, then found that my Mother had more to store than she told us. The woman on duty helped us decide which size we needed by showing us different size units. She was very patient with my elderly mother, and everything was very well explained. The facility is very secure and the unit was extremely clean.
Everyone was very nice and willing to help
This is the first time I am using a rental facility. I needed to empty the remains of my home quickly as the home is sold. I have moved to another state. This was very easy. The only hard part was the "lip" at the end of the ramp and the somewhat high door steps which made using a hand truck a bit difficult.
Got there, filled out paperwork and moved my stuff in. Overall, it was a good experience.
