We Always have a Great time at Silver Legacy!! Dealers are awesome, some actually remember us, we drive in once a month or so from the bay. Only recommendation... upgrade the showers, the shower heads have no pressure.
I didn't stay went to the Super Bowl Party. Very nicely done. However, I did hear about all the problems from friends; this place was really nice and for the price? I thought Harrah's was bad. Well hopefully they'll read the reviews and comments and make the necessary adjustments.
The casino has gotten rid of my favorite games, so it's really not worth staying here anymore. Security also does nothing. I had 2 (drunk) guys arguing behind me at a slot machine - security walked by more than once and did nothing. Also the second floor (where the food and shopping is) needs to be kept clear. Lines for the restaurants are one thing, but groups of people blocking areas and just talking need to be moved. I'm on an electric cart and dodging around these people is not easy sometimes.
I love staying at the Silver Legacy. One of my favorite places to stay in Reno. I always return. I can’t thing of one negative thing to say about it. I always feel safe and the environment is exciting.
