Yes. Apart from the office being clean, spacious and impressive, the staff is very friendly, courteous and communicative. Most of all, Dr. Saadat is the preeminent dermatologist as far as I'm concerned. I will always go out of network and pay full price to see him because there is no one better.
Everyone was nice and professional. No complaints.
Dr. Chu and her entire team were excellent. She listened to my long list of concerns, was very knowledgeable and provided an extensive treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and was very patient/compassionate/professional. Great experience and so improved from past dermatologists. Highly, highly recommend.
I have already to reception
I felt rushed by the doctor. Also he said the medication I currently once, three times daily should be taken 3 at bedtime. I came home and the drugs website says it should be one, three times daily. I'm confused and frustrated.

Dr Ashley was very sweet. All the staff were very kind. But. Office was *freezing* cold and waiting 30 minutes to see Dr while naked in a thin paper gown was not fun. Why do doctors always make you wait, and why are their offices always so cold? UCLA spoiled me--no waiting to see their docs.
