Friendly, professional and caring.
Sure! I called in early this morning and got an appointment same day, which was amazing. The receptionist made me feel welcomed and set up paperwork was easy. The appointment itself was very a to b, which is appreciated since I had limited time till I had to pick up my kid. The doctor handled all my questions with confidence and gave me a much needed list of skin care products along with a prescription that should handle my issue in 2 weeks.

It was easy to get an appointment. Dr was friendly. I don't think you need to enforce masks any more.
