RecommendedDarrel Smith in Pulaski is amazing. He is so kind, when the weather was bad he stayed overnight to ensure his patients were seen. Even as the only employee in the entire building. He checked us in, took care of us and checked us out. My preteen was terrified to have a spot removed and he was so calm and patient with her. He is obviously very patient-minded and devoted to his patients.
