The doctor was great, but it was the doctor's assistant that really set this visit apart from others. She took the time to ensure my history was correct, but then made conversation and reminded me I wasn't just another number in their line. I'm horrible with names, but maybe it was McKenzie at the Columbia office? Either way, employing assistants like this is what will keep patients coming back time and time again.
Absolutely love Cassie. She is so caring and is top notch.
