Dr Belaidi was the best. I was so sad to walk in for my scheduled follow up with her (been seeing her since she started) to find out she was no longer there. No one bothered to notify me, or my husband (his appointment was scheduled right after mine) that she was no longer there. I have never been talked to by a medical professional the way that Dr. Tidwell spoke to me during my appointment. I have been a patient for over a year and a half. Ashlee is the most spectacular provider I’ve ever had the experience to work with however her schedule was full and unfortunately I have had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to being in the medical field myself. My grandmother went to skin solutions in Columbia and had multiple precancerous lesions removed from her back. A few days following her appointment her stitches became infected. She tried to get in contact with the facility and they did not answer(to be specific they didn’t answer the EMERGENCY hotline) which is unacceptable. She went to a different clinic where they confirmed the stitches to be infected and gave her an antibiotic. It is basically impossible to get an appointment for any location of Skin Solution Dermatology. I left a message well over a week ago to try and set up an appointment as a returning patient and never received a response. If you go online to try and set up an appointment you will scroll week after week without finding any open slots. I have been left no choice but to find a new dermatologist, not that I actually saw an MD the one time I was able to obtain an office visit.
