Recently, I left a negative review of Skogman Homes regarding some issues I felt they were not willing to address in the new home I am purchasing from them. I am happy to report that I received a phone call from the president of the company, who promised to “make things right.” Thank you, Jennifer, for reaching out and I look forward to having my concerns addressed.
It appears my other review on the Knollwood Homes was taken down. So here it is again......Home was built way to quickly and was very poor quality. Repairs they needed to make took forever to get done. Their customer service was very bad. They ruined the experience of building our first home.
