I had no idea what to expect today when I took four kids who were 5 or under jump today for open jump. At first I was a little confused why they didn't open until 4 p.m. because my kids haven't started school yet. The staff was polite, smiling and friendly. The place smelled clean, the bathrooms were in great shape and we didn't have to wait to do anything. I have no complaints about today. My son LOVES SkyZone, it's always a super fun time and it's great exercise!
I was kind of hesitant when I read some of the reviews... But today we brought our two girls, and had a blast... everyone was nice, and friendly... the Girl working the counter was super helpful and patient with us.. This was our first visit, so we didn't know how things worked...we were able to jump with our kids and have a great time as a family... Will definitely be back to bounce again...
This is one of my daughter's favorite places and she always has a lot of fun. The staff is very friendly and engaging with the kids. I have especially enjoyed the additional half hour added to your purchase. Keep up the good work.
We went to our very first and hopefully not our last special needs day today. My children had a great time the staff was very polite and patient. Thank you Sky Zone for allowing my family to come and have a great time all to themselves my children can't wait to come back!
