Horrible communication, did not go over paperwork
This guy was recommended to me by my realtor so I called him up him to see if I could refinance a condominium I had purchased in cash and wanted to get some cash back. The guy was pleasant at the beginning until I asked to see an estimate of the cost of the loan. When I questioned some of the fees and tried to negotiate some of them down, his behavior changed dramatically. He became very arrogant and somewhat rude.
