RecommendedSkyview and Dr. McLain have been such a blessing for some really hard luck furr*babies, being honest and fair helping us help these little critters at Help for Homeless Pets! Thank you so much for all you have done and your wonderful service.
Their office manager admitted that their staff made a mistake with communicating with us, but said "oh well" and sent us a bill anyway. Front office staff was nice, but told us not to write a number down on the max amount, because we were told by 3 different people what the price was (our mistake for being trustful). And it wasn't. Office manager just talks in circles and is very unhelpful. Zero willingness take any action toward resolving an issue they created

Was time for prescription refill. would not fill unless made an appointment. Which was fine. called in small refill as appointmentwas made. Attended appointment and now trying to get prescription refilled, said they didn't do blood work at the last appointment and won't refill. The whole point of last appointment was specifically for Sig's med. Feel like I am being extorted here.

We started taking our dogs to Skyview when we moved to Billings in 2018, as they were close to our house. Our dogs have been healthy so it was usually just once a year but the service wasn't the greatest and very pricy. We just started to establish with a new place a few weeks ago but one of our dogs had a bad issue with bleeding from her nose so we booked online with Skyview since the new place was closed for the week. I have been to skyview vet several times. I love the fact that they are open Saturdays as most people have an 8-5 and they don’t charge a $75 “emergency fee” just for wanting a saturday appointment. However I will not be returning to this office in the foreseeable future for several reasons. First, I feel they are not very attentive to my questions.
