We had always had great experiences at this office—until now. I called ahead to confirm that my husband could still be seen if he arrived by 3:15. He got there on time, but was told he was late and was rudely turned away. The receptionist didn’t even look up from her computer and didn’t offer to help or rebook. After years of being patients, we’re disappointed and moving on.
