Carla (and Chris) know their products exceptionally well. They also are knowledgeable people regarding the various sleep habits of the folks, like us, that happen to wander into their store, not knowing anything about what’s available in terms of mattresses, frames, pillows, and other sleep ware. They ask questions, write down the answers, and attempt to steer their charges to mattresses they think the people will like best, based on their responses.
