Dan helped us and was very kind and knowledgeable as my family entered here looking for a mattress. It is always nice to feel welcome and able to ask any questions while shopping for these kinds of purchases. It was great to happen upon a good sale too! Would shop here again.
Dan was fantastic. We actually had arrangements for another store to deliver a mattress that same day but it fell through..and we’re SO thankful! It was a no pressure and relaxed atmosphere along with an easy buying process. The guys who delivered our bed even helped us finish our son’s bed frame that morning. Thank you all! We’re very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Dan and this location if you're shopping for a mattress.
Dan at the Middletown location was great to work with. My wife arrived well before me and Dan greeted her and got information to help her decide what her options were . Upon my arrival I was greeted by Dan as well while the wife was already trying out the different beds we were choosing from. Dan worked very closely with us answering all our questions and concerns. Great service is hard to find these days, so I had to share my experience at Sleep Outfitters in Middletown. Christian, my salesperson, was so nice and patient, and VERY knowledgeable. You could tell he knew the business and how to make the customer feel cared for. This is the place to go! Thanks Christian!
We just left here. We are both happy with what we ordered. Dan was very patient with us. I have back problems, so it took me a while to find what I needed. We got a split king adjustable that will be delivered by Saturday. No high pressure sales, just a knowledgeable friendly salesperson. Highly recommend this place.
