Just had an AMAZING experience purchasing a new Sealy mattress, as well as adjustable base from Karmel Prater at the Sleep Outfitters in Hermitage, TN! Not only is she super friendly, but she is extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze! Her customer service is exceptional! Great customer service and a great buying experience. Delivery was smooth and they had great prices and an understanding of the products they were selling. I was surprised with the size of this store and the selection. We looked everywhere before finally finding Sleep Outfitters and for what we were needing there was no one better in the Nashville area.
