We bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse, and when it arrived at our house, it felt NOTHING like the floor model. It was like sleeping on granite. I had hip pain within 4 days. We are still dealing with them about an exchange. They want to charge us $100 for the exchange, even though the sales person admitted that the floor model was a few years old, and that's why it didn't match what arrived at our house.
