Went to the Buchannon rd, Nashville location. Looked at the board to decide what we wanted. Couldn't find the order window. Behind the glass there was: a large short girl doing a fancy ghetto handshake with a coworker. A young guy talking to a young girl and another guy standing there listening. The last 3 looked at us and continued with what they were doing. I finally asked "where do we order." Young guy "right here." Then went back to his conversation. I have a friend in the hospital in Nashville… I tried to send her mom dinner tonight and this is the mess that showed up. Seal was off and the toppings are missing off of part of the pizza. Purchased a 20oz Pepsi for $4 and didn’t get it. I asked the drive to meet in the main lobby of the hospital but he didn’t get out his car. Passed her the food through the car window.
