I went to the metropolitan location, I had been there since 5:30 ,at 6:20 my order still was not complete. They require you to order online now,I asked about the promised time because it was set for 6:50,I was told by the employee working window that the promise time didn't apply because they were just doing the orders. That is the only reason I agreed, when I asked for a refund & expressed my displeasure, oh well do you want a drink .....a 20 ounce drink for a order that is going on a hour plus without a apology for the inc... read more

RecommendedI placed my order at 4:30 went to pick my pizza up at 5:45. It was not ready I finally asked for a refund at 7 PM. The owner spoke with me and apologized. He was kind enough to give us bottled water for our troubles. I ended up having to go to get pizza at Little Caesars
