Typically i have a good experience going to this location, but today wasn’t their best. When i entered the establishment i wasn’t greeted as i typically am. I didn’t take this to offense as i know covid may cause a lack of staff. I was the only customer inside. When i ordered, i asked for 4 slims. The young man happily began to assemble my pizzas and the young lady helping politely informed me that typically they only do 3 pizzas per order, but because no one was there she’s gladly do the fourth. First things first Customer service is everything to me and we wasn’t greeted upon entering no line when we walked in. I refuse to patronize a business that offers bad service. First time I walked out because the workers are all huddled up and not paying attention to customers and this second time I attempted to give the benefit of doubt but there was no friendly smiling faces. Website says they have a selection of beer and wine. The person that checked us out said there was no beer at all. Interesting and disappointing

One of the worst customer service ever, my son and his girlfriend ate there tonight and they were treated like they were trash. The young lady who took their order attitude was so bad, my family will never patronize at this restaurant again! 🤯😡

Slim and Husky's when they first came to Memphis service was great fast pace but as you know service has slowly gone down to less then no customer service in the matter of a few months Memphis TN we don't have a lot of good restaurants let's not ruin this one good thing we have can you please step your customer service back up and get your people on the line to listen and stop arguing with the customers about their pizza
