Another solid purchase from Slumber World with help from Bedding Specialist Nathan Lee (Salt Lake location). After purchasing a Tempur-Proadapt® Medium Queen two years ago for our master bedroom, we decided to get a second one for our guest room. Nathan assisted with both sales and provided great customer service. We would highly recommend others who are looking for a new mattress to work with Nathan. He is very knowledgeable and will give you as much time as you need to choose the correct mattress for you.

Geri at the Kapolei location offered us excellent service, and made our warranty process for our mattress seamless. Paid more for our mattress, but extremely satisfied!! No backaches and enjoying the firmness of the mattress. Mahalo Geri for your outstanding customer service!!

Purchased our mattresses here and definitely great quality!! Sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I'm in the process of awaiting a response from the warranty department, and the associate helping me through this, is very helpful. He advised me that the warranty department sometimes takes weeks for a response, and thanked me for my patience. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Nathan Lee at SlumberWorld Bougainville, across the street from Target. I visited the store a number of times to talk with Nathan and spend time checking out many different mattresses. He was attentive and informative. Not pushy. Nathan invited me to take my time and figure out what would suit me best. I finally returned and purchased my selection. It was Nathan's customer service that made the difference. Anyone looking for great customer service should consider stopping at ... read more

I went in about a week ago to get a pillow as I am a side sleeper and have been having a lot of trouble sleeping. I knew I needed a new pillow but went to multiple different stores and could not find anything. We decided to come here and Mark, the salesman who helped us, was very through. He had me try a few different pillows and gave me a cover to protect my head, which I really appreciated. I finally found a pillow after looking for weeks. I was so happy to go home to sleep haha! A few days later I received a thank you car... read more

I worked with Mark this weekend on getting an adjustable bed for my husband who had just broke his hip. Mark was so professional and helpful. He even made several phone calls in order to get a bed on the next delivery day. I can't say enough about his customer service. My husband loves his adjustable bed and is very comfortable while he recuperates.

We had the pleasure of working with Mark this afternoon, the bedding & mattress specialist. We went to another store before getting here & we left overwhelmed & weren't really sure what we were looking for. Once we got into slumber world, Mark greeted us & was so attentive to our questions & provided us with great customer service & a lot of information. He helped us decide between a hybrid or memory foam mattress & turns out we were best fit for a plush mattress. We initially thought we needed a firm mattress. We are so exc... read more

Located right across of Target, SlumberWorld is the place to go if you're serious about getting the best sleep of your life. We were quickly greeted by a sales rep but had requested to work with Mark. My boyfriend and I were pretty much set on getting a Tempurpedic but wasn't sure which one we should get, Mark was super helpful with helping us choose. He had us lay down on their Dream Discovery machine which shows the pressure points that you need to pay attention to when sleeping, from there the machine recognizes which t... read more
