I now understand why its called Comfort Dental! Never in my 53 years have I had such a positive experience at the dentist. I was first led to a private conference room where the dentist came in to consult with with me. After a brief consultation as to why I was there, I was led to the dental chair where EVERYTHING was explained. After the Dr reviewed my x-rays and talked with me about what could be done I was taken to the financial area where EVERYTHING was broken down as to how much each visit would cost me. Very friendly and professional I've had great experiences here. I have seen Dr. Yates 4 times in the last 2 weeks for several extractions and fillings. He was always very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. Everyone does their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Their behavior really takes away the anxiety people feel from going to the dentist.
High Quality patient care and professionalism PLUS community service. Unbeatable combination I am very happy with the services I receive in this office from appointment scheduling through check out. Each person seems to be very content to be a part of this practice. I get wonderful care here. When I drive into the parking lot and see the sign offering free dental care to the needy ON CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING, I get teary. I am happy to be a patient in such a community-service oriented practice.
Mt appointment was set for 730am and I walked in immediately, was greeted by a friendly staff member and began the paperwork. I was seen by the Mark Dolson, DDS & his Assistant. After the Exam the Dr explained the recommended procedure allowing for a Q&A. Very Friendly, Professional and I have agreed to the procedure. I would strongly recommend them! :o)
