Concerned, thorough and professional I was very impressed with Dr. Dolson. He listened to my concerns and offered his opinion as to my options in treating my problem. I was extremely upset about the work I needed done when I entered his office and left with one tooth fixed and a plan for the other one. His staff is also friendly and professional. I love Smile Care I get the best professional care from the dentist and the wonderful assistants... I am made to feel special and they show so much loving care to each patient... is can hear and see how they work with the patients and one another... I'm always afraid but the assistant stays with me.. holding my hand and encouraging me.. ********** I give you all 10 stars.
I was very happy I was able to get in the same day I called.
Very friendly Everyone was very friendly and everything was explained to me so that I could understand. They broke down the amount I'd need to pay and what all it covered. The dentist made me feel comfortable with everything and made sure that I was ok with anything before he did it.
I have always been pleased with the dental care provided by Dr. Dolson and staff. I will continue to use Raytown Smile Care for my dental needs.
Very happy I was in so much pain. I almost couldn't stand it and of course it happens in between pay periods so I didn't have any money to do anything but Dr. Ash the amazing guy he is went ahead and helped me and is letting me make payments! Thank you so much Dr. Ash!!!!
