Just had a bridge done. No scan bam thank you here, dr Cariens is a designer and engineer. Frankly you get what you pay for and if you want a great dentist, staff and hygienist with top quality results....come here. You build a relationship and that’s better than a clinic with speed and production. You want experts all around come here. PS they have a great pay up front yearly plan saved me Mucho bucks. 😍😷

I saw Dr. Cariens for the first time today. I was very anxious because I had not been to a dentist in 2 years. His hygienist, Della, put me totally at ease. She was very kind and gentle. Dr. Cariens was wonderful as well. They were very thorough and took alot of time discussing my concerns. I chose him based on reviews I read and I was not disappointed at all. I absolutely loved him and every staff member I came in contact with. I am very thankful I chose Dr. Cariens!

Dr.Cariens and his staff are amazing! I was looking for a new dentist in Lexington and went off the best reviews, and found his office. I would have to agree with all the amazing reviews. Overall great dentist office!

Dr Carien is by far the BEST dentist around. I have been going to Dr. Carien for over 20 years. I moved here from Upstate New York and tried many dentist's and was not happy with any of them. When I was recommended to him, I knew this is the Dentist for myself and my family. The staff and Rhonda were a big part for my decision also. Everyone in the office welcomes you with smiles and you NEVER have to wait for an appointment or to be seen by Dr. Carien and his staff. Whenever anyone ask me if i can refer them to a good dentist, I am happy to say to them Dr. Carien.
