high quality service and very friendly I had a very pleasant experience,everything was explained to me very well. People were very nice.
As always, I received excellent service. Dr. Cariens is one of the best dentists I have ever had. He is very professional and always shows concern about each patient. You are not "just a number" to him. He has an excellent and very efficient staff. I recommend him to anyone who asks because my husband and I can verify that he does good work . He and everyone in his office care about you and they are willing to try to get you in ASAP when you are having a very critical problem.

I Love Dr. Cariens and his staff! Best in Lexington! As I'm writing this I had a crown done by Dr. Cariens today. Another positive fix by him and his staff. One thing I always tell him is that he is magical with a needle. No one likes getting numbed up in particular but man I will tell you, you will not know he even did anything. He is good, really good. I will always come back to him and I have had a lot of work done here. Always a Pleasure!
Great Dentist and Wonderful Staff I have been going to Dr. Carien for 20+ years he is fantastic. Love all of the staff. Everyone makes you feel real welcomed the minute you walk through the door . Great family atmosphere !!! Would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Carien and his wonderful Staff.
