I had a 40 year dentist phobia which naturally led me having multiple dental issues. I avoided seeking out a dentist due to shame and fear. Once I decided to suck it up and go forward, I started researching dentists online. I will be forever thankful to Dr Patrick Casey and his incredible team. Although they offer sedation dentistry, I had all the work required done without sedation. When your practice depends on your dental hygienist, don't hire a person who has zero emotional intelligence. Bina actually made me pay before I saw the dentist!!! And, she didn't even ask if I wanted the fluoride treatment but stuck it in my mouth. I have an intolerance to it and my teeth hurt incredibly the next day. They went back to normal after a few days.
