Wonderful experience with Dr. Coombs and staff. Referred for a standard root canal, I was told that my intake appointment would be several months wait. I joined their cancellation list and was promptly moved forward within a couple of weeks. The front desk coordinator, Katrina was welcoming and informative, quickly making a change to my intake forms that I’d completed before my appointment via an easy to navigate text link. This was one the greatest dental experiences I have ever had. From the front desk to the doctor. Front desk was always nice and pleasant. The doctor is very thorough and informative. He is fast but efficient. For any major dental work they will be my go to. I also plan to tell everyone about this office.
Smile Services DC was great! It was my first time visiting as a referral from my primary dentist. All the staff were very personable and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Coombs made sure I understood my procedure; explaining the process to me thoroughly. I do not like needles and my pain tolerance is very low. However, after the first injection, I FELT NOTHING!
