Only doing a review here even after doing the Google one because you will not stop sending me emails along for a review. The tmj services being offered on your website shouldn't be there. The way you didn't even look at my mouth and jaw before giving weak advice, where you kept pausing while attempting to talk about it, like you were wanting me to say what we should do. Dr. Timm was absolutely terrific. No pain and he explained everything he was doing.
In excruciating pain after anesthesia wore off for filling procedure. Tried Tylenol and Advil with no lessening of pain. Called Dr. First for something stronger, she refused to prescribe any opiates and implied that she didn’t believe I was in that much pain. I’m 66 years old and have been her patient for over ten years and still refused to give me even one or two days worth of pain pills, unbelievable! She basically was saying she didn’t believe me.
