As usual, the First Team was first-rate‼️ I needed several problems fixed today, two areas of decay to be cleaned up, a loose tooth (actually an implant…. Long story!) that needed to pulled (ever so gently!). Oh, and a crown replacement. Thank you Dena and Dr First! See ya next month to finish up with that crown.

I had to come back in because my implant was a little loose.Dena and Louise where very professional and courteous and Louise tightened the screw and smoothed the back of the tooth and polished the front and back.Thr tooth looks and feels great.

My issue is with the dental assistant, Linda. Her cleaning of my teeth was the most painful dental procedure that I have had in living memory. She gouged the ultrasonic probe so far down into my gum that I could not keep from flinching. She did not seem to care that she was hurting me. She also accidently squirted water directly into my throat, causing me to cough violently. She chuckled at this and admitted it was an accident.
