Always awesome
My experience with Smiles By White was the best experience I have had with an orthodontist or dentist in general. For example, all of the staff are very nice and welcoming and the technology present is very good. My mind as blown by the 3-D scanning and the computer models. An orthodontic plan was made before I spoke with the orthodontist and the plan was well thought out. In addition, they have wonderful financial plans and the staff are all very nice people to speak with.
I drove 45 minutes to get to the Northfield office and I was incredibly pleased from the second I walked in. The office is welcoming, functional, and immaculately clean. The staff is very friendly. I waited about 5 minutes and Stephanie called me back (even before my scheduled appointment time!) with a welcoming smile, showed me around the office, performed my X-rays and then had me go into another room to do pictures of my mouth. My son came in from an inferior attempt of a previous dentist. Dr. White changed my son's smile worthy of a 5 star rating. His orthodontic and professional care is exemplory. Anyone considering having work done by him should look no further.
Dr. White is a true professional who uses the latest technology for the best results. Everyone in the practice is extremely helpful and caring... a fun place to visit!
