Positives: courteous reminders, good technology, good hygienists Negatives: poor communication. Cannot trust if you really need the treatment that they suggest. Ex: my last x ray shows 2 cavities. When I reach for the appointment for filling these two, the doctor did another cavity without explaining g why the other 2 were not done. How did this become priority?
