Every thing is explained so I understand what is being done and what needs to be done in the future which is why I have been going to this office forever. You all get a 5-star rating from me.
I've been going to Smiles for Life for the past few years, and I have never had a negative experience. Going to the dentist always gives me a little anxiety, but I'm always put at ease the second I arrive. The staff members are so warm and friendly, and Dr. Brooks is thorough and takes the time to listen to me and address my concerns or questions.

My husband and I have both gone to your dental business since you began in Bloomington. Everyone is friendly, professional & trustworthy. I never have waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, which is a huge plus for me. We wouldn't think of seeing any other dentist even though we live in Wisconsin now.

Gwen, Elizabeth, and Dr. Brooks made my dental visit fun for a change from experiences from the past dentists. They were approachable, informative, and supportive in my dental care and would definitely recommend. Don't change a thing! You all were wonderful and actually look forward to my next visit in six months.
I've been a patient of Dr. Brooks for years and I've always been happy with the work I've had done - from cleanings to crowns I've never had a problem. I also enjoy the staff and while I can't say I look forward to a trip to the dentist I always enjoy the people I see there - which makes showing up easier. And, for what it's worth, the insurance I have might cover more if I saw a dentist on its "preferred" list - but I'd rather pay a bit more out of pocket and stick with the provider I like and trust.
