Today was my first visit at Smiles of Fort Myers. Very nice office setting. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Patricia was my hygienist today. The best cleaning I have ever had. She explains everything before and as she is doing the leaning. Dr. Galvan performed a thorough examination of my mouth. Great chairside manner. Highly recommend this Dental practice.

Sad to say i am completely disappointed with the care I got in this office. It has been 3 months since I have left there and I am just now able to talk about my experience. I needed two root canals and two crowns.. I will sum this up because it is a lot. I was having the root canals done and the dentist did one and referred me out for the second one. 1500.00 more. Dr Galvan really takes his time with you and explains what’s going on. His assistant Rosa made me feel comfortable while i endured what comes with a visit to the dentists office. I was told ahead of time the cost and was pleased to received a lower bill as all the services quoted, were not needed. I was a patient of Dr Sanford for over 15 years and was sad to hear of his retirement but his predecessor is filling his shoes nicely.
I had such a great experience at Smiles of Fort Myers! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The hygienist was gentle but thorough, and the dentist took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they really care about their patients, not just about getting you in and out. The office was super clean and calming too, which made a big difference. I actually left feeling better about going to the dentist — highly recommend!
