To say I have an EXTREME fear of the dentist is an understatement. I had my first procedure done here at Smiles of Virginia today: 4 deep fillings, 1 extraction, and 1 chipped tooth repaired under iv sedation. Dr. O, Dr. Amber, my iv nurse Ann, an assistant named Michelle, and another young lady whose name I did not know with short brown hair were all absolutely phenomenal! Had my first appointment at Smiles of Virginia today and was completely blown away! From the time you walk in the door you can tell that this is a very professional office! The staff were incredibly friendly and being able to complete paperwork on an iPad was very convenient! Jenna and Dr. Richards took very good care of me and were very professional and thorough! I’ll be proud to trust Smiles of Virginia with my family’s teeth for years to come!
I was very insecure about my mouth with broken teeth little nubs and incredible toothaches so I went to a number of dentist to get help about fixing my mouth (But I usually don't write these reviews about companies and their businesses I'm not one of those type person)But after going there and talking with Dr.O he explained every step the procedure to where i could understand what they were going to do.
