The only thing I didn't like was that ever little detail when choosing a house, cost $$. The sign out front says "Homes in the low $300s and that's a little deceptive since that is a basic price that doesn't include much. Just not what I'm used to.
They were super friendly. They were super efficient when it came to purchasing the home, being flexible for me and my wife.
Overall satisfied with my beautiful home. Sellers agent somewhat communicative. Problem areas detected in communication, completing all tasks on walk through list, and messy painting.
They have great homes and prices, and it's a great neighborhood.
