I’d previously seen a local vet who suggested putting my cat down, and a cat-only specialist who was cold and wanted to charge a fortune for dental work. From the moment we arrived, Dr Jade was kind, gentle, and genuinely compassionate. My 19-year-old cat, Lucky, was very matted and needed to be shaved under sedation, with blood tests to check he was healthy enough for dental surgery.
