From the moment we entered this restaurant the customer service was impeccable. The food was first class. Will definitely be back.
It was okay we’ve been there a few times service was a bit slow,we had to ask a few times for a drink as our glasses where empty, at one point we had to get up and serve our own wine when you pay £33 for service charges a bit much apart from that is was just ok
The staff is incredible, and the food was lovely. It’s hard to hear in the restaurant because there is no padding anywhere, but it was still a great evening.
Absolutely great food steak was the best I’ve ever had Staff great A bit noisy but it is Christmas party time so no worries
An pre-theatre dinner and very enjoyable. I have eaten here before and in several S&Ws in teh USA. The food and service are always exceptionally good and consistent. Our waiter, Sebastian, asked immediately if we were theatre bound, promised to get us out by 7pm and was almost right on time with great service throughout. A bit of a boisterous (pre-Christmas) evening but once at our table it was calm and very enjoyable. Will return

The food & service was 5 star. Possibly the best steak I've ever had!
Great food and service but very expensive so if you can afford it, go for it! Grilled lobster was my fave, fillet steak good but very small for nearly £50
