They were so helpful we even got a tour of the kitchen downstairs. Very accommodating. Best steak ever

From first arrival to leaving, an wonderful experience that was worth every penny. Was made to feel very welcome and very relaxed. Food was absolutely amazing and no issues about mixing the menu. My lamb shank just melted in my mouth. Other party members had the burgers and complimented how good they were. Service was exceptional and the waiters were friendly and gave great advice about food and wine. We will definitely be returning. Thank you
Excellent lunch - used an offer for steak and all you can eat chips. Thoroughly recommend - the steak was 'melt in the mouth' and the chips perfect crip outside and fluffy inside. Service was unhurried and professional - will be back.
Always a fantastic welcome and had the opportunity to try the extra aged steak. Packs a punch and is phenomenal! Recommend the Gorgonzola crust and the cream spinach is on point. The prawn was delicious, but recommend eating alongside the steak, not directly with it as the flavour is very delicate.
We were very impressed with both the food and service. Our server was Richard and he was very polite and efficient. We likened it to being in America. Initially, my steak was rare and I had requested Medium, but it was put right straight away. We are heading to San Francisco in March and hopefully will find one of your restaurants there. It would be good if there was a possibility of some coupons to help us out. Many thanks.
