Experience was a really positive one. Workers showed up on tme and worked very hard. They even were happy to move a few things in the house to get ready for the unload. When the reservation was made, the comay rep forgot to include the need to load and unload belongings in a self storage unit. When this was discovered, the company made all the necessary arrangements to take care of those goods after unloading the truck. The unloaders were fantastic, friendly and very hard working.
Very competent movers. The crew on both ends had one person that really knew what to do and did a fantastic job. I was stressed that I underestimated the truck size but they made it work with room to spare. The issue I had was getting 3 or 4 different calls from SML when setting things up. Each person didn't seem to realize that I'd already set things up. Somewhere along the line, my request for ropes, etc. got lost (I think because of the multiple calls) and I needed to scramble on move day to get ropes.
Best move we've ever done! This was the easiest move we've ever done. The crew was fast, efficient, friendly, careful with our furniture. They were on time and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. While they were slightly more than others you get what you pay for and well worth the extra
Great job! The guys that showed up to unpack my daughter's moving truck were great. They were there early, super friendly and respectful, careful with her belongings and quick. Very happy.

Movers in MA and IL both very good Movers in MA and IL both very good. In particular, the MA movers packing truck did it very strategically to ensure nothing was damaged- experience is important and the guy managing packing truck knew what he was doing.
