Was overall pleased with performance. Initially I was unhappy that the crew stretched the time to 1/2 hour past the minimum 2 hours. But when I talked to management, they made it right and refunded my card for the 1/2 hour. I would gladly use XML again.
On time, courteous and efficient. It was easy to book and pay. The workers were courteous, friendly, hard working and did a great job of loading the truck.

Made my move across state lines easy! Setting up movers to pack and unpack the truck was super easy with SML. The movers were great and we had a positive experience!

Almost all items packed improperly Nice guys packed the truck but unfortunately quality was not of concern as multiple items were broken including a 65 inch tv. Offered a box for the tv but the crew indicated that it was not needed and insured it would be fine. Manager was rude and indicated they would offer 40 dollars toward a 1300 television.
