GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM BOOK TO FINAL SET UP THE DATE IN JULY, HAD SOME LAST MINUTE SWITCH UPS ON MEN AND ARRIVAL TIMES BUT IN THE END THEY GOT ME THE CREW ON TIME AT 9:00 AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, AND PROFESSIONAL, LISTENED TO OUR REQUESTS WHILE THE LATE OWNER 3 GROWN KIDS WATCHED THEIR MOTHERS BELONGING BEING LOADED UP AND THEY NEVER FALTERED OF DROPPED ANYTHING. GREAT GUYS FINISHED IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, WILL USE SML AGAIN IN THER FUTURE
The service given to us was excellent!! In Cincinnati, we could not have been more pleased with Michael and Eric!! Their experience was invaluable and they were able to calm us down during a stressful time with planning a cross country move to Arizona. Thank you for providing us with such a high quality duo!! Moving anxieties were greatly decreased because I'd them.
They unloaded the 26 ft. truck into the storage area. While this crew did ok with what they had to do, I would be reluctant to use them to pack a truck properly.

Amatures showed up late with no equipment and wearing slippers. DO NOT HIRE THIS OUTFIT. They showed up late to load and unload. I had to explain to the loaders how the boxes should be STACKED - not PILED in the truck. I also had to point out that I was paying for the whole truck, so the 3 feet of space at the top needs to be filled too (preferable with something light or fragile. One guy was wearing slippers. movers were 30 minutes later than time stated. wish they could have called. we arrived at 11:00 but it was 12:30 before they showed. We would have gone to lunch if a call was made. Overall very pleased with service. Friendly employees.
Needed help packing the moving truck I called SML moving because I needed help packing the moving truck. The guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job packing up the truck within the 2hr time frame. They fitted everything on the truck so well that I was impressed it all fitted in there. What a great job and would use them again or recommend them to my family or friends moving. Thank you they made my day of moving so stress free and less to worry about.
