Good, fast, knowledgeable team. The team was on time, worked quickly but carefully. They did an amazing job of packing the truck to maximize the space.
Very pleasant experience! Excellent communication. Everything right on time and very efficient.
Packers were very polite and professional. Because my wife and I are in a different state our daughter handled the greeting and provided instructions to the packers. They did an excellent job of working with our daughter and being careful with packing the truck. The company that was recommended by our truck rental could not provide packers in our time frame. SML had no problem with scheduling the packers on relatively short notice. I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.
Made our move non-stressful. Movers arrived earlier than expected for both loading and unloading. This was a bit unsettling, but all worked well. The movers were skilled and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Fantastic communication and crew. The SML team was great with communicating and following up during the entire load/unload process. The labor crew was professional, friendly and willing to do whatever to ensure our move was safe/secure.

Great job! Once the crew arrived, they went straight to work and were very competent movers! I had some boxes that were marked to be left on the truck, which got carried into my apartment. However, when I pointed it out to them, they immediately took them back out to the truck. That was the only issue and it was rectified on the spot.
