On time and very pleasant and efficient Crew (of two) arrived on time and ready to work. They were well prepared and worked efficiently to complete my unloading request. Will definately try them again!

The 2 young men in Texas were great The young men in Massachusetts were very slow and would disappear for 10s of minutes at a time. They did have to carry heavy furniture quite a way to the moving truck. The 2 young men from Texas were very professional and I could not have asked for nicer and polite men. They were quick in unloading for us. Both my wife and I are disabled so it was great having them here. If we ever have to move again I would love to have them back to help.
Great Experience I did a load and unload service through SML. Both parties I worked with were great. Showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done quickly.

Overall great experience It was a great experience and the crew send out did a wonderful job .... It made the last part of my move stress free 😊..... my only part of not giving 5 stars was setting up the moving dates caused a lot of stress was not easy to do online but the last person I talked to lock it in spend a lot of time to make sure everything was good .
Movers used in Brunswick were very very good and packed storage so neat and orderly. Will ask for them again. The movers in Brunswick Ga on 9/23 were very professional. My storage was packed so orderly. Very well done. I will ask to use the again for my next move. My only complaint was not wearing masks. Other than that, they deserve 5 stars.
Got the job done Took way longer than expected. Workers seemed to need direction for every little thing. Did not know how to unload a curio cabinet, wanted to take the whole thing apart - including removing the glass from the door and sides (the loaders simply used a dolly). Instead of using a dolly to unload multiple boxes at a time, they hand carried one box at a time, which took forever (the loaders used the dolly to move multiple boxes at a time).
Unloaded truck and stacked in storage unit Very good crew and worked exceptionally well DAnta was awesome
